Mt. Joseph Lodge fronts on an entire city block! Our grounds are beautifully landscaped with meandering paths, boulders and hilly rises.
At the south end of the grounds, you will find a Gazebo that sits next to Big Bend creek. Centrally, there's a patio with a BBQ and tables that are next to a small marsh, complete with cattails and singing frogs. The lush lawn is a magnet for people and Joseph's famed wild-but-tame deer population; you will often find them lounging around the place, just waiting to be admired. Just south across the creek is a coffee shop, close enough to enjoy a piping hot cup while you relax on the grounds. The grounds are also fenced along the front to maintain the exclusive use by our guests.
