Unit #4 is a spectacular unit. It has beautiful vaulted ceilings with wood beams and large custom windows bringing in lots of natural light. The unit has high-end finishes including tile floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is full-functional. It has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and full-sized refrigerator. It is stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Some basic condiments, spices and coffee are provided. Additionally, the kitchen has a large breakfast bar with stools. From the kitchen is the living area which has ample seating and a flat-screen t.v. with Dish TV. There is also wireless internet. Off the living space is the dining nook. It is accentuated by a chandelier and large windows with views onto Main Street. At this end of the condo is a bedroom with a double and a twin bed with a private bathroom. The bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the condo for added privacy. A second bathroom is located outside the second bedroom which has a queen bed. Each of the bathrooms have tiled walk-in showers, granite vanities and great water pressure with instant hot water. Towels, soaps, and a hair dryer are provided. This unit is a fantastic option for couples or families with kids.

NOTE:

There is a 3 night minimum from June 15 - September 15. 

There is a 30 day cancelation policy from May 16th - September 15th and a 24 hour cancellation policy the rest of the year.

We thoroughly clean the units between each stay. There is no daily maid service.

The max occupancy for this unit is 5 guests, including adults and children.
